By using notivoo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

notivoo provides a browser extension for shared notes on client websites and CRM records. The service includes note storage, real-time synchronization, and team collaboration features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity under your account
  • Ensuring only authorized users access your workspace

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use notivoo for illegal purposes
  • Store malicious, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to breach security or access others' data
  • Reverse engineer or modify the extension
  • Overload or abuse our infrastructure

5. Data Ownership

You own your notes and data. notivoo does not claim ownership. You grant us limited rights to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Pricing:

  • Standard: €9/seat/month with 7-day free trial
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing for large teams, contact us

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

notivoo is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from use of the service. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Abuse of the service
  • Extended non-payment (for paid plans)

You may delete your account at any time. Data will be removed within 30 days.

10. Intellectual Property

notivoo and its branding are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
